We would like to thank all our loyal customers for holidaying with us in 2012, who once again have ensured another good year despite the continued poor economic climate and to add to that, a very poor summer weather wise, yes rain, rain and more rain.

 

Hopefully, we brightened up those rainy days and put a smile on your face with our super holidays and fantastic itineraries.

 

We really are looking forward to 2013 with new destinations, new itineraries and new themed holidays.

 

Even with the gradual rise in fuel prices again, we have kept price rises to a minimum, and in some cases, like the Evans Hotel in Llandudno, prices are held the same as last year.  All this along with our acclaimed door to door pick up service, ensures that Jay & Kay offer the very best holidays, the very best service, and at excellent value for money prices.

 

During 2012, we upgraded our fleet of coaches with two additions, a brand new Bova Futura, and a Neoplan Euroliner, which we believe gives us the best fleet in the area without exception.

 

All our vehicles are 49 seat, fully executive touring coaches with air conditioning, reclining seats, washroom, drinks servery, full audio and dvd systems and many more attributes, too many to mention. 

 

Also in 2012, all our drivers underwent driver training, each attaining certificates in courses designed to enhance their already exemplary driving skills, such as first aid, customer care and legal requirements.

 

With our training programme, fleet upgrades and superb staff, Jay & Kay Coach Tours are at the forefront in the coach holiday industry, giving you every reason to "Get away with Jay & Kay".
